Registration
After reading the rules and information for our 2025 Fall Art Show, you can fill out your form and pay your registration fee:
Online
You can fill out the form at the bottom of the page and pay online.
By Mail
You can download the registration form, fill it out, and mail it with your check payable to South Lake Art League to: Kathy Henderson, 10919 Bronson Road, Clermont, FL 34711. If you have any questions, Kathy can be reached at 407-719-2815. Your registration forms should be postmarked no later than Friday, September 26, 2025.
Do not drop off entry forms at the South Lake Art League.
No entries will be accepted by mail or online after Friday, September 26, 2025.
Entry Fee
- Members: $8.00 per entry
- Non-Members: $10.00 per entry
Dates
- Wednesday, postmarked by September 26, 2025: Cutoff for entries by mail.
- Friday, September 26th, 2025: Cutoff for entries online.
- Wednesday, October 1st, 2025: Gallery is open 12 pm (noon) – 5 pm to drop off art.
- Saturday, October 4th, 2025: Reception and awards.
- Sunday, November 2nd, 2025: Art must be picked up at the gallery between 10 am –
1 pm.
Location
The show will be held at the South Lake Art League 776 W. Montrose St., Clermont, FL.
Rules For Entry
- Three pieces of art are allowed per artist.
- Two frames can be no larger than 24” x 20”, and the third frame is limited
to 20” x 16”. - Art must be original – no prints and no entries from instructional classes.
- Art must be properly wired for hanging, or it will not be accepted.
- Art that has previously won an award at the South Lake Art League is not
eligible. - Art may not be removed until the completion of the art show unless sold.
- Committee decisions are final if a piece of art is found not eligible.
- Price per entry is $8.00 for members and $10.00 for non-members.
- Neither the South Lake Art League nor the Art Show Committee will be responsible for loss or damage of entry.
Awards
Ribbons and cash awards will be awarded for:
- 1st Place: $100.00
- 2nd Place: $50.00
- 3rd Place: $25.00
A People’s Choice ribbon will also be awarded.
