Registration
After reading the rules and information for our 2026 Spring Photo Show, you can fill out your form and pay your registration fee:
Online
You can fill out the form at the bottom of the page and pay online.
By Mail
You can download the registration form, fill it out, and mail it with your check payable to South Lake Art League to: Kathy Henderson, 10919 Bronson Road, Clermont, FL 34711. Your registration forms should be postmarked no later than Friday, March 6th, 2026.
Do not drop off entry forms at South Lake Art League.
No entries will be accepted after Friday, March 6, 2026.
Entry Fee
- Members: $8.00 per entry
- Non-Members: $10.00 per entry
Dates
- Friday, March 6, 2026: Cutoff for entries.
- Wednesday, March 11, 2026: Gallery is open 12 pm (noon) – 5 pm to drop off art.
- Saturday, March 14, 2026: Reception and awards at 10:30 am
- Wednesday, April 1, 2026: Art must be picked up at the gallery between 12 pm –
5 pm.
Location
The show will be held at the South Lake Art League 776 W. Montrose St., Clermont, FL.
Rules For Entry
- Three pieces of art are allowed per artist.
- Photos must be original (lighting, arrangement, etc., must be done by entrant)
- Two frames can be no larger than 24” x 20” and the third frame is limited to 20” x 16”.
- Photos may be printed on metal, print, and canvas.
- Photos must be properly wired for hanging or it will not be accepted.
- Photos that have previously won an award at South Lake Art League are not eligible.
- Photos may not be removed until the completion of the art show unless they are sold.
- Committee decisions are final if a photo is found not eligible.
- Price per entry is $8.00 for members, $10.00 for non-members.
- Neither the South Lake Art League nor Art Show Committee will be responsible for loss or damage of entry – however, all possible precautions will be taken with the art.
Awards
Ribbons will be awarded with first, second, and third place and Sponsor’s Choice. A People’s Choice ribbon will also be awarded.
Cash Prizes will also be awarded:
1st Place: $100.00
2nd Place: $50.00
3rd Place: $25.00
